Partnership for Economic and Social Initiatives (PESI) is a civil society organization dedicated to fostering social cohesion, economic resilience and environmental sustainability in Azerbaijan.

Since its inception, PESI has been committed to advancing social dialogue, benchmarking innovative business practices and strengthening social partnerships for sustainable development. The organization actively works to amplify local and international efforts aimed at building a resilient business climate, while empowering women and youth to ensure their equal participation and full integration into social and economic life.

PESI also raises environmental awareness and promotes sustainable practices and lifestyles to foster a culture of environmental responsibility. The organization drives innovative solutions to address environmental challenges and mobilizes support for resource and energy efficiency. It further facilitates policy dialogue and interaction on sustainable development to support Azerbaijan’s green transition.

Through collaborative action with local and international partners, PESI supports initiatives that align with Azerbaijan’s National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development 2030 and the Strategic Roadmaps for the Development of the National Economy and its Main Sectors, addressing key social, economic and environmental priorities.
